Description

Beautiful Ibizan style luxury villa afforded with fantastic views and accommodation to be found over three floors and private infinity swimming pool. The Villa has five bedrooms, three bathrooms (ground floor wet room) and a tandem garage which make it perfect for two families to share. All rooms benefit from both air-conditioning and central heating making it one of the few villas that can be used all year round.

The Exterior

The Villa is approached by entering through tall double wooden electric gates which open onto a long steep drive. Halfway down the drive you come a large front door on your right  (ramp access) and further down, the foot of the drive leads around to the side of the villa where a tandem garage (electric door naturally) and a car port can be found. The car port is ideal for parking the car during the day to keep it in the shade without having to put it completely. The garden leads into the patio which spreads across the whole of the rear of the Villa with fabulous views across the countryside and the sea. The patio is set on two levels with ramp access.

Inside the Villa

The Ground Floor

On entering through the large wooden front door (accessed via slope and hence suitable for wheelchair access) you enter into a large marble hallway with views straight into the living room and swimming pool beyond. The right of the hallway leads to two bedrooms, cloakroom and a shower room and the left leads to two sets of stairs. One leads up to the master suite and the other down to the other two bedrooms and a shower room. The hall houses the entry phone system, alarm and a radiator.

The Living Room

The spacious living room is approached through a large archway and is home to a light leather three piece suite. The two main focal points are the feature fireplace and the double patio doors with lead out onto the terrace with spectacular views out over the pool and surrounding countryside.
