Accommodation:
The Jewel in our Ionian Crown. Completion July 2008  The villa has 4 bedroom suites, 2 doubles and 2 twins, all beds with superior mattresses. The main bedroom suite has a dressing area, large bathroom with twin tub, shower, bidet, double vanity unit and all with views over the bay. Large private terrace with covered area with easy seating and sun terrance all with panoramic views. The other double bedroom is separate from the main house and also has its own private terrace with views of the bay.

The Kitchen is fully equiped with:

a large American fridge
integrated dishwasher
electric oven and hob.

There is an open plan dining area next to the Kitchen. The lounge is spacious and light, triple aspect with large door on two sides to take advantage of the panoramic views, comfortably furnished with sofas, coffee table, TV, DVD, Stereo. There is a separate Utility Room on the lower floor. Outside there is a large covered terrace with comfy seating and dinning table and chairs. There are spacious stone terraces around the large 15m x 15m (1.4 depth) infinity pool which is heated in May and also October*. The pool also has a shower, and built in  BBQ is also around the pool area.

The villa has airconditioning throughout and heating if required for early or late season*. The whole villa is finished to the highest standards with marble floor, staircase and bathrooms. All bedrooms and lounge have electrically operated outside blinds.

PANORAMIC SEA, HARBOUR AND BEACH VIEWS
To envisage a more perfect setting and luxuriously appointed holiday villa would be difficult.
On entering the villa, the spectacular views will pull you towards the windows and the views. You will find it hard to tear yourself away. It may also prove difficult to resist that first welcoming swim in the inviting 15 x 15 infinity pool which shares these fabulous panoramas.
A completely awe inspiring villas set on a steep hillside overlooking the pretty bay of Mikros Gialos, with the mountain village of Poros nestling above. The vistas stretching from the horseshoe shaped harbour and beach out to the open sea towards Ithaka and Kefalonia.

Mikros Gialos has several tavernas and a mini-market around the harbour is a 10 to 15 minutes walk from the villas. A  4 x 4 car is necessary for this property,.

N.B. Due to the steep access road our "inclusive prices" include  two 4 wheel drives for 8 persons  (1 4x4 if up to 5 guests) for the full duration of your stay and will be collected/returned to the airport.
